Love is not a victory march. It’s a cold and it’s a broken hallelujah.

I have felt like I’m being left behind by a lot of people lately.

I don’t know if it’s just me or if people are trying to shake me off the way one tries to get rid of that weird stray dog that follows them home every day.

I almost feel heartbroken…it feels like all of my friends are ready to run away and I’m not. I guess this is what being a senior feels like?

It’s very overrated.

I don’t like it very much.

To live.

Listen. To live is to be marked. To live is to change, to acquire the words of a story, and that is the only celebration we mortals really know.

- The Poisonwood Bible (Barbara Kingsolver)

To live.

To be marked.

To change.

To acquire.

Ecclesiates 11:7

“Oh, how sweet the light of day, and how wonderful to live in the sunshine!”

Indeed, how wonderful! I am so happy and blessed to have seen another day! I will be blessed every new day. God is so great. :)

I am thankful for every chance I get to live for my God and do His good works. There is nothing better in life than serving the One who made me! ♥

Found my old Singing Made Easy book.

And about a million pages of notes.

Including all the vocabulary I’ve forgotten.
I guess I need to review…since this is what I want to do with my life.
